Here's another card using the Party Panda Stamp Set teamed up with the fun and cheerful Bubbles and Fizz Designer Series Paper. I just love these pandas don't you! They are all fun and festive. This card will be featured at my February 17th Card Buffet.

scored at 2 ¼

Lime Twist 2 x 4 (2 pieces)
Bubbles
and Fizz Designer Series Paper 1 ¾ x 3 ¾ (2 pieces)

White Envelope
Embossing Folder: Confetti Textured
Impressions
Adhesives: Standard Dimensionals, Mini
Dimensionals
Tools: Big Shot, Platform,
2 acrylic plates, Paper Snips, Piercing Tool
Instructions:
Fold card base on scored line with
bone folder.
Adhere Designer Series Paper to
Lemon Lime Twist and then adhere to top panel of card base that has been
scored.
Adhere Designer Series Paper to
Lemon Lime Twist, then to Bermuda Bay.
Stamp Panda, fun shapes, and
sentiment.
Color in party hat with markers.
Adhere this panel to the Bermuda Bay
panel, then add 4 dimensionals; one to each corner.
Adhere inside panel to card base.
Line up panel on top of inside panel
at the bottom, then add stamped panel to front of card making sure it is
straight.
Stamp on the backside of the card if
you wish.
Emboss your envelope with Big Shot,
Standard Platform, and embossing folder.
