I started these three cards a few nights ago and finished them up tonight using some scraps from a project I was working on. I usually have such a hard time coming up with designs so I challenged myself to use what was on my desk. I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the image. Once I had that completed for all three, I used my Blends to color in. Once I was satisfied with the coloring process, I used my Stitched Rectangles and Laying Circle dies and die cut the images with the Big Shot.
Using up the scraps, I cut them to 3x4 or thereabouts. I didn't want the card designs to all look the same, so I took the pretty paper and angled them each a little differently. Once I had the layout, I simply added the focal point to the card front. The sequins add a nice touch along with the bakers twine. Did you see the Wink of Stella? I added it to each of the images. Love Wink of Stella, don't you?
Even though the Just Because stamp set is/has been retired, I'll still keep it around. It's a great stamp set to practice using Blends and also to make some quick cards.
Don't forget about my Paper Share. Last day to register is May 28, 2019. I have a few orders and hoping for some additional orders to complete another demonstrator order. Won't you join in on this fabulous offer? It's a great way to get a feel of each paper and a look at the new Designer Series Paper coming to you in June.
Check out my May hostess rewards as well. A great PDF download offer is waiting for YOU!
Happy crafting today! -Karen
