Block Stamping with Winter Woods and Detailed With Love Stamp Sets

Today I'm packing my bags for #OnstageQuebecCity!  Getting excited to learn more about the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog.

At Onstage we get to swap cards and projects with other demonstrators.  I look forward to swapping because we get to meet new people, gain ideas and just have a lot of fun.
The card I am swapping at Onstage was made with block stamping.  It's a technique where you use a clear block and color the block with Stampin' Write markers, spritz with water and then stamp onto card stock.  With this card, I stamped onto Whisper White.  The Stampin' Write Marker colors I used were:
Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Poppy Parade, Melon Mambo Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry

Once your paper dries; either on its own or with your heat tool, you can stamp using Winter Woods and Soft Suede ink.  Once I had the trees stamped, I then die cut using the Rectangle dies.  A larger rectangle die was used to die cut the Soft Suede card stock.

Using the Big Shot, I embossed the Old Olive card front with the Woodland embossing folder.
The sentiment was die cut using the Stitched Labels Framelits and Very Vanilla card stock.

The sentiment is raised up with dimensionals.  Happy Birthday is from the Detailed With Love stamp set and inked with Early Espresso for a darker brown ink.

I colored the rhinestones with a brown Sharpie pen to add some brown sparkle.
I hope you enjoyed today's card.  Block stamping is fun and I hope you give it a try.

Happy Stamping!
